▼ Silicone Care & Odor Guide
Why does silicone sometimes absorb food odors?
The silicone seal on this bento box can absorb strong-smelling foods like garlic, onion, or fish. This is completely normal and doesn't affect the safety of your box.
Cleaning removable parts
Remove the silicone lid and seal before each wash. Clean them separately to prevent trapped food residue. All silicone parts are dishwasher safe — place smaller pieces on the top rack.
Reducing odors
After washing, rinse seals thoroughly with warm water and allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling. Avoid storing the box sealed while still damp.
Air-drying tips
Place silicone parts open-side down on a drying rack in a well-ventilated area. Do not stack wet pieces together. Fully dry before reassembling.
General freshness tips
Rinse your box promptly after storing strong-smelling foods. Store with the lid open or loosely placed to allow air circulation between uses.
Item(s) that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging may be returned within 14 days after delivery.
