Orders & Payment 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo and Affirm.

What should I do if I'm getting an error when placing an error?
Make sure your billing and shipping information is correct, then try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, please feel free to reach out to us for support.  

How do I use a discount code or gift card?
Go to 'Cart', click 'Check Out' then enter the 'Discount Code' and click 'Apply' to see the discount reflected on your total before completing your purchase. 


Can I make changes to my order?

An order can be canceled for up to an hour from when it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made. If you need to make a return, please refer to our Return & Refund policy page.

All of our silicone lunchboxes are freezer and dishwasher safe.
Note: The stainless steel lunchboxes are NOT microwaveable. Do NOT microwave the stainless steel lunchboxes. Only the silicone inserts are microwaveable. 

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.


How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. Standard shipping within the continental US, will take between 2–5 business days once the order has been processed. For Hawaii and Alaska, shipping will take between 3-7 business days after processing. 


Do you ship internationally?
We are currently shipping to customers in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. 

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
First please check your delivery address for accuracy, then try looking around your property thoroughly, including areas like your porch, mailbox, garage, or with neighbors, as the package might have been left in an unexpected place. If you still can't find it, please reach out to the shipping carrier to report a missing package and inquire about potential delivery details or a redelivery option.


Returns & Exchanges

What is the returns & exchange policy?
To qualify, item(s) must be returned within 14 days after delivery.
Item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping postage. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt and tracking number for your records.
