ORDER FULFILLMENT 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

We offer Free Shipping on U.S. orders $35+

We are only shipping within the U.S. at this time. 

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. BentoBear does not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements. 

PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY

All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. BentoBear may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please write to us immediately at hello@bentobearshop.com to see if we're able to make any adjustments to your order. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we will be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
